Shipping

Singapore orders are processed daily, while international orders are processed every Monday and Thursday, i.e., if you place an order on Friday, we will process your order on the following Monday. If any of the order processing days falls on a public holiday (in Singapore), we will process orders on the next business day. 

This process is based on our current business capacity. We might review this in the future, if there is an increase in demand and orders for Fly-A-Way. 

Due to disruptions to supply chains from the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re able to ship only to the following countries. Our shipping rates exclude any taxes which you may incur in your country. 

For our friends from Malaysia, United Kingdom and European countries, we recommend you to get your copies from our retailers that ship to these parts.

Returns and Refunds

It’s important to us that you get the best version of the game. If you’ve received any missing or damaged component(s), we’d be happy to do a replacement for the affected component(s) after a review. Please fill in this Replacement Parts Form and we will get back to you as soon as we can. For purchases made through our retailers, please contact them directly. 

We do not allow returns, however, if you have a change of mind on your purchase.
